Free Internet Banking offers many great time-saving features:

Account Transactions
  • Click to Show/Hide Make a payment to your account
  • With Internet Banking, you have the flexibility to schedule a future payment, make a same day payment or sign up for AutoPay, where your payment is scheduled on the same day each month. To make a payment simply:
    1. Login to Internet Banking 
    2. Select "Make a Payment" in the left-hand navigation
    3. Using the tabs across the top, select the type of payment you would like to make and proceed as directed

    The cut-off time for same day Web (non-AutoPay) payments varies but generally ranges between 5 pm and 8 pm CT. Please contact Cardmember Service if you have questions about your applicable cut off time.

  • Click to Show/Hide Transfer a balance
  • You can transfer the balance from your other credit cards.

    To Transfer a Balance:

    1. Login to Internet Banking 
    2. Select your Card account page
    3. Select “Request a Convenience Check” on the top right
    4. Select “Transfer a balance from another Credit Card”
    5. Follow the simple instructions to request a Balance Transfer

    Note: Mileage not awarded for Balance Transfers.

  • Click to Show/Hide Order Convenience Checks
  • Online Convenience Checks allow you to transfer balances or make payments to someone, and the amount will be billed to your Card.  We’ll even mail the check for you!  You can also request that a booklet of checks be mailed directly to you.

    To Request Convenience Checks:

    1. Login to Internet Banking
    2. Select your Card account
    3. Select “Request a Convenience Check” on the top right
    4. Click the option that best suits your needs
    5. Follow the simple instructions to request a Convenience Check

    Note: Mileage not awarded for Convenience Checks.

  • Click to Show/Hide Request a Credit Limit Increase
  • While logged in to Internet Banking, you can request to have your LANPASS Visa Credit Limit increased:
    1. Login to Internet Banking (Not enrolled yet? Enroll now! It's free!)
    2. Select "Customer Service Center" from the left-hand navigation
    3. Select "Credit Card and Premier Line Account Options" from the options listed
    4. Select "Manage Your Credit Card or Premier Line Account" from the options listed
    5. Click on “LANPASS Visa®" under ‘Travel Cards’
    6. Select "Credit Limit Increase" and follow the easy steps to submit your request

    Alternatively, you can contact LANPASS Visa Cardmember Service at 800-274-7200 to request a credit limit increase.

  • Click to Show/Hide View your balances and transaction history
  • With Internet Banking, you can view your account balance and most recent transactions.  You can also view the past 18 months of statements.

    Internet Explorer 8 Users, a security setting in IE 8 may prevent you from viewing your online statements, learn more to fix this issue.

  • Click to Show/Hide View LANPASS Miles
  • While logged into Internet Banking, you can visit the Rewards Center to view your earned rewards:
    1. Login to Internet Banking  
    2. Select “Rewards Center” in the left navigation
    3. View your credit card rewards summary
    4. Select your LANPASS Visa Card for more details and to view rewards history

Account Preferences
  • Click to Show/Hide Go paperless by enrolling to receive online statements only
  • View up to 18 months of statements online and eliminate the extra paper from mailed statements. To enroll in online statements and stop your paper statements from being mailed to you:
    1. Login to Internet Banking
    2. Select the “Online Statements” link on the “Your Account” page
    3. Follow the instructions to enroll
    4. You will receive an Account Alert each month when your online statement is posted

  • Click to Show/Hide Stay informed with Account Alerts
  • Account Alerts notify you of important account activity, such as a low available balance or when a payment is due. You can set-up these alerts and select where you would like an email or text message notification delivered. Standard text messaging rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

    To setup an Account Alert:

    1. Login to Internet Banking 
    2. Select “Alerts” from the left-hand navigation

  • Security Alerts notify you when sensitive personal information like an ID or address changes. These alerts do not require any set-up and are automatically delivered to your primary email address.

    You will be notified when the following events occur:

    • Address or phone number changes
    • Primary email address changes
    • Internet Banking ID or Password changes
    • Internet Banking ID and Password were disabled due to multiple, incorrect login attempts
    • Login Assistance was requested to provide your Internet Banking ID
    • ID Shield Changes (including setup, questions and answers or  image/sound and phrase changes)

    To change your primary email address:

    1. Login to Internet Banking 
    2. Select “Your Profile” from the “Your Accounts” page
  • Click to Show/Hide Overdraft Protection Preferences
  • U.S. Bank overdraft protection protects your U.S. Bank Checking account from costly overdrafts by automatically transferring cash to it from your Credit Card account.  To manage your Overdraft Protection preferences:
    1. Login to Internet Banking 
    2. Select your Checking account
    3. Select “Overdraft Protection”
    4. Select “Manage Overdraft Protection” and proceed as directed
